Shipping
A Baby Connection will ship as economical as possible to keep prices as low as possible for the customers. If you would like your product shipped more expedient (such as over night) please contact us. We are willing to do this, but there will be an added charge. Please allow up to 10 to 14 business days to receive your package. If you do not receive it within 14 business days please notify A Baby Connection so that we may work with you to resolve the issue.
International orders will be shipped within 7 business days. We will email you your shipping charges. International Customers are responsible for all customs and/or dutyfees. Orders may NOT be canceled after it has shipped.
For any orders that total $10 or more within the continental US shipping is FREE!
Returns
A Baby Connection wants every customer to be a happy customer. I have loved my cloth diapering experience and I want all my customers to feel the same way. In the same spirit, this is a small business and need to keep the cost of products down.
We do NOT accept cancelled orders. Orders are final once submitted. If the submitted order has not been shipped, and you wish to cancel, there will be a 5% restocking fee.
A Baby Connection will accept resalable products back within 12 business days from the date order orginated. The product must be unwashed and unused. Also, we can not accept products that have an odor, ie-cigarette/cigar smoke or perfumes. Do NOT ship items back to us with out contacting us. RETURNS/EXCHANGES MUST BE PREAUTHORIZED. After the authorization, all items to be returned must be received within 10 business days. If returns are received NOT within these policies a store credit will be issued, not a refund. If items returned are not in orginal condition ie-washed, used, has odor- these will be returned to us at your cost.
Refunds will be charged a 10% restocking fee. Store Credit only for special orders.
STORE CREDIT--when using a store credit always make a note in the comments section at check out. If the notation is there, there will be an adjustment to your bill. You will be required to pay shipping on store credited items. If the other items in the order exceed $75, the free shipping will still apply.
Manufacturers handle defective items. However, we will be happy to assist in working with the manufacturers to resolve the issue. Please notify us at stephanie@ababyconnection.com as soon as possible.

We are a work at home mom business, if my husband and I are away from the business (example: a vacation) there will be an alert on the home page. The away notice will include the dates we will not be shipping and when shipping will be expected to resume.
